To get started, you’ll need a large tortilla. I recommend flour tortillas, since corn is more likely to crack. From there, you’ll need four ingredients. You can use deli meat, veggies, taco fillings, whatever’s in the fridge. For my first attempt I went the vegan breakfast route by using some plant-based fillings. The best part about this tortilla hack is the fact you can put whatever you want in it. You can go use leftover roasted chicken or taco fillings with cheese (of course). There are even sushi versions joining the trend! I’ve also seen creative dessert takes on the tortilla hack such as baklava and s’mores thanks to Instagram. I can’t really imagine fillings that wouldn’t work here, so I’m eager to watch (and taste) all the delicious wraps to come from this fun trend.
