Mary’s pasta, pies, biscuit, and donut classes have been featured in Los Angeles newspapers and magazines. William Sonoma, Sur La Table, and the King’s Roost have featured Mary in their lineup. Her classes have also brought people in from all over the world. Food styling enhanced Mary’s attention to detail when displaying or plating food. Preparing Sooki’s kitchen on Gilmore Girls gave her a love for beautiful food.Mary graduated from the Le Cordon Blue in Pasadena, California, in 2003. She then traveled to Lucca, Italy, and attended The Tuscan Chef Italian Cooking School in 2005. Mary also received her Nutritionist and Weight Management Specialist certification from American Fitness Professionals & Association in 2009.
